AeroBarrier installation equipment is mobile and portable. The equipment includes a compressor, generator, emitters, hoses, blower door, and the AeroBarrier machine.

Space preparation includes taping or covering any areas that won’t be sealed during the process. Emitters are the position throughout the areas to be sealed.

Utilizing the blower door, the space is then pressurized. After the pressuring process, the AeroBarrier computer completes the process that includes the control of temperature, humidity and distribution of the sealant.

The AeroBarrier computer software displays the ACH improvements in real time, which allows full control to the desired level of envelope tightness and leakage reduction.

A final blower test is performed to verify sealing results. At the end of the test, a guaranteed AeroBarrier Certificate is produced which includes pre and post leakage reports.
